FRANCIS SIDEY has received instructions from Mr. Soffe, who is going to rebuild his present premises, to sell by public auction, at the shops. Manners-street, i oppo-ite the Arcade— The whole of his valuable stock of imported and colonial-made furniture, consisting of mahogany cheffuniers and sideboards, chests of drawers, writing tables, office desks, hair and rep couches, mahogany dining- , room chairs, cane and wood chairs ■ of every description, mahogany Arabian bedsteads, magnificent iron bedsteads of all sizes, wood bedsteads, mattresses, palliasses, bolsters and pillows, night commodes, towel horses, washstands, dining, dressing, and kitchen tables, meat safes, pictures, window poles and rings, pier glasses, Brussels carpeting, stair carpets, ottomans, hassocks, and a large lot of other goods. The furniture will be lotted on Thursday, when country buyers, hotel-keepers, and the public generally are invited to inspect the goods. No lots will be sold privately previous to the sale. Mr. Soffe begs to intimate that the above goods must be cleared out from his front shops, but his workshops will still be carried on, where all orders entrusted to him will be i executed with the same promptitude as before.
