A DISCLAIMER.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND TIMES.
Sib, —I was not in the House last night; but learn with regret that Sir George Grey thought it desirable to introduce my name in replying to a political opponent. With reference to his remarks about me I have merely to say that I have had no connection with the Messrs. Brogden since Sir George Grey became a member of the Assembly.—l am, &c., J. Holt, Wellington, November 23.
