THIS is to notify that in consequence of no quorum of creditors being present either at the first meeting of creditors of the above-named William Henry Bowater or the adjournment thereof, I, Alexander Sutherland Allan, Registrar of this Court, at Wellington, have appointed John Mathew Taylor, of the city of Wellington aforesaid, Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be Creditors’ Trustee of the estate of the said William Henry Bowater, and that the said John Mathew Taylor has duly accepted the appointment.
