Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will bo received if presented at any Telegraph Office by NOON of the same date, provided that written tenders in due ' form are lodged at a Railway Manager’s Office by the same hour, and accompanied by a cheque specially marked by a banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be made payable in Wellington in - favor of the Receiver-General’s Deposit Acbount only, and not to bearer or order. WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at thia office up to NOON on FRIDAY, the 30th NOVEMBER, 1877,, for the Conveyance of Immigrants and Cargo from the United Kingdom to. the Colony of New Zealand for twelve months. . Immigrants and Cargo.” Conditions of contract and forms of tender may be obtained from the Under-Secretary for Immigration at Wellington; from the Immigration Officers' at Auckland, Christchurch, and Dunedin, or from the AgentGeneral in London. Separate tenders may be sent in for the Conveyance of Emigrants or Cargo, or both, from the Port of Glasgow only, subject, so far as they are applicable, to the conditions above referred to as intended for the more general service.
