WANTED Known, that the reason for letting the shops in the Arcade by public auction is to give everyone an equal chance of acquiring the best stalls. WANTED KNOWN That Thomas Myers has for sale gilt, white, and colored French mounts, in any shape, size, or pattern, suitable for life size oil paintings, photographs, or water-color views. WANTED Known, that the plan of the Arcade and conditions of sale are now in course of preparation. WANTED te be made known that J. T. Love is a manufacturer of all kinds of hydropathic baths and pans. Portable boilers always on sale at reduced rates. Tinware -wholesale and retail. WANTED Known, that the Arcade will be brilliantly lighted up with gas some evening prior to the sale, of which due notice will be given. WANTED KNOWN That Thomas Myers, of the Wellington Picture Frame Establishment, Lambton-quay, can regild soiled picture frames, restore and varnish oil paintings, mount maps and pictures (either on card or canvas), cut glass to any size; and has on sale gilt or stained mouldings for framing pictures or decorating rooms, in any pattern, plain or ornamented. WANTED Known, that the Arcade is lighted from the roof by a window containing 2000 square feet of glass. WANTED, Schools, hospitals, and other public and private institutions to know—That Thomas Myers mounts mapf and frames pictures at a great reduction; also tenders for work, and guarantees satisfaction. .NTED, the public to know that the shops in the Arcade will be let by public auction about the end of November. ANTED Known, that half the population of Wellington pass the Arcade WANTED Known, that gas, rates, taxes, water, insurance, night watchman, and all charges will be paid by the Proprietor of the Arcade. WANTED Known, the shops will be let at per week for twelve months. WANTED Known, that the entrances to the Arcade are from Manners-street, St. Hill-street, and Farish-street. WxVNTED Known, that the finest designed Theatre in the Southern Hemisphere nearly adjoins the Arcade, .Mannersstreet. WANTED Known, that the grand promenade gallery in the Arcade is 250 ft. in length. WANTED Known, that the Arcade will be brilliantly lighted up. The estimated cost for gas is £750 per annum. WANTED Known, the advantages of an Arcade. Housekeepers can do nearly all their shopping under one roof. WANTED Known, the guiding rules of an Arcade are small profits, extensive sales, and for cash only. WANTED Known, shopkeepers in the Arcade do not require a knowledge of bookkeeping. WANTED Known, that the Tramway Cars from all parts of the city will carry Passengers and Parcels to and from the Arcade. WANTED Known, that Water-hydrant and Hose is kept in readiness at the Arcade. WANTED Known, that storekeepers and others in the Arcade have the use of the private offices erected in the yard. WANTED Known, that only a small capital is required to stock a shop in the Arcade. WANTED Known, Storekeepersand others would do well to have a branch business in the Arcade. WANTED Known, that no offensive trade will be allowed in the Arcade. WANTED Known, that each shop in the Arcade has a window facing the street, which can be used for advertising and other purposes.
