UPON reading the deed of assignment for the benefit of creditors, made and filed as above mentioned, and being satisfied tiuit the same is in conformity with the provisions of the above Act relating to “ Arrangement by Deed ;” and upon reading the certificate of the complete execution of the said deed, signed by one Archibald Paisley Stuart, as chairman of a meeting of. creditors, duly convened for the purpose of considering and. assenting to the said deed filed herein ; and upon reading the respective affidavits of James Joseph Devine, and the said Archibald Paisley Stuart, also filed in this matter ; and upon hearing Mr. Hart, of counsel for the trustee, appointed by the said deed, and no creditor appearing in opposition to the application for this order,—lt is by this order declared that the said deed of assignment has , been completely executed pursuant to and within the provisions of the said Act.
