WANTED Known, that in rough and inclement weather people can do their business in the Arcade without being drenched to the skin or blown away. WANTED Known, that the Arcade will be a cool and pleasant promeuade in summer, and dry and comfortable in winter. WANTED, Shopkeepers to know that each shop in the Arcade is fitted with a revolving shutter, which can be closed and locked at any time. WANTED Known, to numerous applicants that none of the shops in the Arcade will be let privately. WANTED Known, that a weighing machine will be kept in the Arcade for the benefit of stall-holders. WANTED Known, that the reason for letting the shops in the Arcade by public auction is to give everyone an equal chance of acquiring the best stalls.
