Auctions PRELIMINARY NOTICE. TOWNSHIP OE BBACONSFIELD. Kiwitea. Block, Sandou District. 325 Town Sections. WFINNIMOBE has received instruc- , tiona to sell by public auction, at his rooms, Lambton-quay, ou an early date, of which due notice will be given— The Township of Beaeonsfield, comprising 325 town sections, plans and particulars of which will shortly be published. The situation is unequalled, the township being on the only road at present opened through the block, leading to magnificent level country beyond, stretching away for miles, and comprising a quarter of a million acres of rich virgin land, unrivalled for agricultural and pastoral pursuits. There are now nearly 100 settlers permanently located on that block. The climate is mild and genial, and not subject to sudden changes of temperature. The soil is of the richest quality, surpassing that of New Plymouth—the Garden of New Zealand. The country is level, and beautifully undulating, and rich in Totara, matai, and rimu—the three most durable and beautiful of New Zealand woods. The township is about equidistant from Marton, Eeilding, Sandon, and Bull’s, thus occupying a most commanding position. Title under Land Transfer Act.
