Capital four-stall stable with two loose boxes, fowl-house, and all the necessary outbuildings appertaining to a first-class house. This valuable property stands upon five acres of level land, the soil being excellent, and the whole securely fenced. It is the only hotel in Porirua, and has been lately built of the best possible material, and put up under special inspection. It is beautifully situated, being close to the lake, and distant from Wellington 12 miles.
