Mills, Esq., as Councillor, j thereby causing an extraordinary vacancy in the Council for Lambton Ward. . I therefore give notice, in pursuance of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1876, and the Local Elections j Act, 1876, that the election of a person to fill such vacancy will take place on TUESDAY, 13th day of NOVEMBER, at the Sideroom of the Odd Bellows’ Hall.
