The hotel was built about three years ago, on the most approved modern principles. It is two storeys high. It contains forty rooms, of all sizes, well fitted and finished throughout.. The stables are large and well ventilated, and contain accommodation for forty-five horses, besides large hay lofts, corn storage, harness rooms, &c. FOR UNRESERVED SALE, AT THE HAYMARKET, AUCKLAND, ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 19, At Noon, ONE of the MOST EXTENSIVE FREEHOLD PROPERTIES in the Northern Island, known as the MURIWHENUA ESTATE, Comprising 56,530 Acres, Situate at the extreme North-west of the Island, well wooded and watered, bounded on three aides by the ocean, with a sea-board of about thirty miles, on which there are numerous bays, with good anchorage for vessels of large tonnage.
