DUNCAN has received instructions to sell by public auction, at his rooms, Panama-street, upon a date to be hereafter named — Several most valuable sections, being Nos. 588, 589, 590, and 594, situated upon the Reclaimed Land, Gough Island, Napier. These sections adjoin the extensive premises recently erected by Messrs. Murray, Common, and Co., and front the railway station from the Iron Pot to the town of Napier.
