THE SHIP ZEALANDIA, FROM LONDON. Captain Cameron, of tha s.s. Wakatipu, which arrived in port from Sydney yesterday, reports that at 3 p ni. on Tuesday last he passed the ship Zealandia bound for this port, off Cape Terawiti. beating through tiie Strait. If there is a breeze at all to-day she should show up at the Heads, and most probably make the harbor. The Zealandia left London on the sth June last, and. as is already known, met with a trag'cal incident about a month afterwards, viz., a collision with a vessel called the Ellen Lamb, bound from Liverpool to Callao, which sank a few minutes afterwards, 12 of the crew being saved and the captain drowned. The Zealandia herself was so badly damaged by the collision that she had to steer for Jtio Janiero to effect repairs, arriving there on the Ist August. On the 29th of the same month she made another start, and is now in Cook Strait. The Zealandia is one of Messrs. Shaw Savill’s vessels, and comes consigned to Messrs, Levin and Co. She brings a full cargo, and it is reported to be uninjured, as she was only injured in the bows, and of course, as she is fitted with a watcrlight bulkhead, no water could reach the cargo. She has the following passengers —Saloon; Miss Clarkson, Mr. AV. Young and family (3), Mr. C. Barraud and family (5), Messrs. Empson, Hutchison, Eraddick, Southwell, and Lewes. Second Cabin : Miss Best, Mrs. Turley, Mr. McCutchan and family (19), Messrs. Davis, Spronle, Grent, Rogers, French, McCutchan, and Blake (3). Steerage: Mr. and Mrs. Fraser, Mr. Mason and family (7), Mrs, Smaller, Messrs. Smaller (3), Brown, Deacon, and Brise.
