Electoral Notices CITY COUNCIL. PUBLIC NOTICE. I have received under the hand of his Worship the Mayor intimation of the resignation of E. W. Mills, Esq., as Councillor, thereby causing an extraordinary vacancy in the Council for Lambton Ward. I therefore give notice that the election of a person to fill such vacancy will take place on TUESDAY, 13th day of NOVEMBER, at the Sideroom of the Odd Eellows’ Hall.
