Benjamin Smith and Co. to offer for sale by public auction, at his salerooms, Panama-street, Wellington, on Thursday, 25th instant, at 2 o’clock— That well-known Government Domain, the Lowry Bay Estate. The property consists of 560 acres, more or less, part of which consists of rich level land, and the remainder of well-wooded bills, containing a large amount of useful timber. The buildings comprise a well-built sixroomed house, a handsome lodre of four rooms, a two-roomed laundry, stables and all necessary outbuildings, a large garden and orchard ; also, a cottage close to the entrance to the estate.
