A good metalled road and the railway runs in close proximity. This valuable property is situated near the Mungaroa Bridge on the road to the Wairarapa, and was lately in the occupation of Mr. J. Martin. The ground is undulating, being a valley lying between two ranges of hills, with good soil. A good portion is cleared, and there is valuable timber for railway and other works.
