Thevesselisnearly 80 Tons Register,estimated to carry 150 tons dead weight. Length, 80 feet keel; Beam, 19 feet ; Depth of hold, 8 feet. Framing, ironbark and blue gum ; planking, blue gum, secured with hardwood trenails ; lining, blue gum and kauri; deck, kauri ; masts, kauri. She is copper-fastened, and built in strict accordance with Lloyd’s Regulations for first-class vessels, and is suitable for a Brigantine or Topsail Schooner. The vessel will be sold on the stocks, the company undertaking to launch her free of expense and risk. The purchaser can proceed at once with the fitting-out. This property is one of the most valuable character—partly timbered, and the rest a fine piece level grass land, —and was one of the original selections by a gentleman who, thoroughly qualified, knew the whole district, and who fortunately secured the two best sections.
