She left Kaipara on Saturday afternoon; crossed the bar at 9 p.m. with a very light air, and experienced light northerly winds till Monday, when it came on thick, and freshened up from the N.W.; passed Kapiti at daylight on Tuesday, and made the Heads yesterday afternoon at 3 o clock; rounded Barratt's Reef at 4 p.m., but the wind increasing, and the weather be»ng very thick, was oblige 1 to bring up in Wotser Bay for the night* at 6 a.m. yesterday got under way, and anchored on tne wharf at 10 a.m. . *,l on „ The p s. Manawatu sailed for Wanganui at 1.30 p.m. yesterday, and the Taupo, for the North, sailed at the same time with a large cargo. Thes.s.
