McDowell and Co. will be held for the purpose of considering the said deed, and of assenting to the same, at the Grand Jury Room, in the Supreme Court House at Wellington, on MONDAY, the twenty-second day of OCTOBER, 1877, at the hour of three o’clock in the afternoon. And that a meeting of the separate creditors of the said J. Paul and Co., for the purpose of considering the said deed and of assenting to the same, will be held at the same time and place. And that at such meeting a resolution will be proposed that the estate of the said J. McDowell and Co. and the estate of the said J. Paul and Co. be wound up jointly, and the directions of the creditors as to the conduct of the business generally will be sought by the trustees. And the creditors of the said firms of J. McDowell and Co. and J. Paul and Co. respectively are hereby required to attend the said meeting for the purposes aforesaid. Dated this third day of October, 1877.
