Auctions THIS DAY. TUESDAY, 25th SEPTEMBER, At 2 o’clock. Important Sale of TOWN AND COUNTRY PROPERTIES. MR. R. J. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions to sell by auction, at his land salerooms, Panama-street, on Tuesday, 25th September, at 2 o’clock—1. All that valuable property in the centre of the city, now in the occupation of Mrs. Gillard, having a frontage of 70 links to Herbert-street, with a depth of 104 links, together with the six - roomed house thereon.
