DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Henry Bannister, Esq., of Masterton, to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, ON THURSDAY, 20th SEPTEMBER, Immediately after the sale of 1000 acres, THREE ACRES IN THE TOWNSHIP OP MASTERTON ! ! ! Subdivided into EIGHTEEN LOTS. These acres are in Hall-street, with a chain road, 66ft. wide, on three sides of them, and are on the main road leading to the Railway Station. Also, THREE OTHER SECTIONS ON NO. 7 ACRE, With' frontages to Williams-street. Lithographed plans are being prepared, and will be issued in a few days, when further particulars will be published. Terns : One-fourth cash deposit ; balance in bills at six months' date, with bank interest added. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions from Mr. Clayson, <■■!> sell by public auction, at his salerooms, on Thursday next, 20th September, immediately after the sale of Mr. Bannister’s acres— All that valuable property in the most central part of the rising township of Masterton, occupied by Mr. Clayson as a bakehouse, situated on town acre No. 14, with a frontage to Main-street of 38ft. by a depth of 165 ft. The buildings on the land consist of a large shop 28ft. frontage by 16ft. deep ; dwellinghouse of eight large rooms ; extensive bakehouse and oven ; storeroom, two-stalled paved stable, and numerous outhouses ; the whole of which are in first-class order, being only recently erected. Arrangements can be made for the conduct of the business until the incoming tenant can take possession. A photograph of the building, and plan of the property, can bo seen at the office of the Auctioneer. The terms, which are exceedingly liberal, will be declared at sale.
