Messes, bethune and hunter will sell by public auction, at their saleroom, Custom House Quay, Wellington, on Monday, Bth October, 1877, at 2 o’clock— Lot 1. That valuable Freehold Property at Eangltikei, known as Campion’s Run, and recently in the occupation of Richard Hammond, Esq., belonging to the representatives of the late Thomas Fraser, Esq., containing six thousand five hundred and eighty-three (6583) acres, more or less, situated on the West bank of the Eangitikei River, and within a distance of three or four miles from the town of Bull. The greater part of the estate consists of rich, flat, and undulating land, which could be immensely improved by draining and other means, and rendered capable of carrying a great quantity of stock.
