In Bankruptcy IN THE MATTER OF THE DEBTORS AND CEEDITOES ACT, 1876, And Of a Deed of Arrangement made under the provisions thereof. -jVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Deed made the twenty-fourth day of August,. 1877, between HENRY PERCY KMYVETT, of Feilding, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Contractor, of the first part, JOHN SAXON, the younger, of the same place, Contractor, of the second part, and ROBERT LOUDON of the same place, Storekeeper, and FREDERICK GILLETT, Of the same place, Surveyor, of the third part, the said Henry Percy Kuyvett and John Saxon assigned all and singular their joint property, and the said John Saxon assigned all and singular his separate property, unto the said Robert Loudon and Frederick Gillett, UPON TRUST, for the distribution thereof among the joint Creditors of the said Henry Percy Kuyvett and John Saxon and the separate Creditors of the said John Saxon respectively: And that such Deed has this day been filed in the office of the Supreme Court, at Wellington. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a meeting of the joint Creditors of the said Henry Percy Knyvett and John Saxon is hereby convened for 12 o’clock noon, and a meeting of the separate Creditors of the said John Saxon is hereby convened for 12.30 p.m., both on the eighteenth day of SEPTEMBER next, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington.
