Legal Notices IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND. WELLINGTON DISTRICT. Between MATTHEW MURDOCH and JOHN ROSE, Plaintiffs, and ELIZA CROUCHER, Defendant. Amount recovered £36 10s. (thirty-six pounds ten shillings). NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued out of this Honorable Court, directed to the Sheriff of the Wellington District, the Bailiff of the said Sheriff has entered upon, and has taken in execution the equity of redemption of Eliza Croucher in all those pieces or parcels of land hereunder described, at the suit of the above named plaintiffs, the execution creditors ; and that the said equity of redemption will be sold by public auction after the expiration of three calendar months from this date, on the sixth day of October, one thousand eight hundred .and seventy-seven, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the judgment, and of all coat 3 and expenses consequent thereon; and notice is further given that Francis Henry Dillon Bell, of Wellington, is the Solicitor to the said plaintiffs.
