Public Sale of DBEYERTOWN, nine miles from Masterton, at the entrance of the Forty-Mile Bush, on the Manawatu and Masterton road. MB. E. J. DUNCAN has been favored with instructions to sell by public auction, at his salerooms, on the above date, commencing at 2 o’clock sharp— Forty sections iir the above township, containing each one quarter of an acre to one acre. The whole of this valuable property adjoins the main trunk line of road to the Manawatu; and the mail coaches at present run twice a week, stopping at and passing through the township. It is little more than an hour’s easy ride to the township from Masterton. The proposed line of railway passes through the northern part of Dreyertown. The whole of this land is perfectly level, and is only partially covered with timber. Roads have been laid off, each a chain wide, through the township. : The Public Works offices are on the opposite side of the trunk line of road. Plans of the . property may be seen at the office of the auctioneer. Terms of payment are—One-fourth cash deposit ; balance by bills at four months’ date, with eight per cent, interest added.
