NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,—That the following Regulation will,- from and after this date, form and be part of the Wharf Regulations applicable to the Queen's Wharf ■at Wellington; that is to say — ;. . ! ./'.■The Corporation.shall have a general lien upon all goods in their possession, whether upon the Wharf or in the Bonded Store, commonly known as the Queen's. Bond, for all wharfage and other charges due and payable by the owner of such goads, and .whether in respect of such goods, or of any other goods in respect : of which wharf age or other charges, as aforesaid shall, have become due and payable from him ; an,d such lien shall/continue, notwithstanding the issue to such owner of any bor/d warrant, so long as such bond warrant shall not have been actually transferred m the books of the. Warehouse-keeper, and no such transfer will be made until ..., . ; such lien shall be duly satisfied; \ : All Bond Warrants, presented to ther Warehouseman, for signature or to be stamped, with the wharf stamp, must bear _ the endorsement, "Subject to Lien, Regulation published 9th day of August, 1877." ■ ■- By Order of the Wharf Committee of the City Council.
