' NOTICE: IS HEREBY GIVEN,—That the following Regulation will, from and after this date, form and be part of the Wharf Regulations applicable .to the Queen’s Wharf at Wellington; that is to say— The Corporation shall have a general lies upon all goods in "their possession, whether upon the -Wharf or in the Bonded Store, commonly known as the Queen’s Bond, for all wharfage and other charges due and payable by the owner of such goods, and whether in respect of such goods, or of any other goods in respect of which wharfage or other charges ms aforesaid shall have become due and payable from him ; and such lien shall continue, notwithstanding the issue to such owner of any bond warrant, so long as such bond warrant shall not have been actually transferred in the books of the Warehouse-keeper, and no such transfer will be made until such lien shall be duly satisfied.
