Tenders WELLINGTON PATENT SLIP COMPANY (LIMITED.) TENDERS will be received until NOON of MONDAY, 20th AUGUST, at the Company’s Office, Custom House-quay, Wellington, for the purchase of the hull and masts of a VESSEL (at present unnamed) now being constructed at the Company’s Yards, Evans’ Bay, where she may be seen and examined at any time. Her register tonnage will be about 75 tons, and it is estimated she will carry 150 tons dead weight. She is 80ft. long; beam, 19ft.; depth of hold, 7ft. 6in.; framing is all ironbark and blue gum; planking, blue gum; lining, blue gum and kauri; deck, kauri; masts, kauri. Suitable for brigantine or topsail schooner. She is copper fastened throughout, and built in strict accordance with Lloyd’s regulations for firstclass vessels. She has been on the stocks for upwards of two years, and all the materials have been thoroughly seasoned. Mr. Thirkell, the superintendent of the Company’s yards, will afford intending purchasers every information. Eurther particulars on application to J. R.
