DUNCAN is instructed to sell by public auction at his salerooms, Panama-street, on. Tuesday, 31st July, at 12 o’clock noon 600 acres of splendid rich land, within one mile of the Bunuythorpe Railway Station, with frontages to a firstclass level dray road. The land, which is subdivided into blocks of from 25 to 35 acres (as per plan), is of firstclass quality, and offers an opportunity of investment seldom available to small farmers and others requiring really good homesteads. It is situated about midway between Palmerston and Feilding, and one mile from a railway station. DUNCAN has received instructions from James Gilligan, Esq., to sell by auction, at his salerooms, Panama-street, Wellington, on Tuesday, 31st July, 1877, at 12 o’clock oon — That well-known Masterton town acre No. 12, sub-divided into seven excellent sections ; three of which have each 44ft. frontages to Main-street by a depth of 198 ft., with four sections, each of 33ft. frontage to a parallel street of 66ft. on the original plan of the town ; in width, by a depth of 132 ft. The position of this valuable acre is in the very centre of the business part of the town, on the same aide as the Bank of Australasia, immediately opposite to the Prince of Wales Hctel, and adjoins Mr. Caselberg’s extensive new brick store, now in course of erection, which is the oldest business site in Masterton, formerly in the occupation of Mr. Henry Bannister. The great value of really suitable business sites in Masterton is so generally known that it is hardly necessary to remind the public of the late purchases made by Messrs.
