DUNCAN has received instructions from the present lessee to sell by auction, at his rooms, Panama-street, on Wednesday, 25th July, at 12 o’clock— The lease of the Egmont Hotel, Hawera, having 64 years to run, with right to purchase at three months notice. The property adjoining the hotel comprises 3r. 36p., having a frontage to the two main streets of 158 ■links by 259 links. The hotel itself contains 11 bedrooms, 3 sitting-rooms, dining and billiardrooms, kitchen, cook’s room, cellar, and bar, &c., &c. DUNCAN is instructed to sell by public auction at his salerooms, Panama-street, on Tuesday, 31st July, at 12 o’clock noon 600 acres of splendid rich land, within one mile of tho Bunnythorpe Railway Station, with frontages to a firstclass level dray road. Tho land, which is subdivided into blocks of from 25 to 35 acres (;us per plan), is of firstclass quality, and offers an opportunity of investment seldom available to small farmers and others requiring really good homesteads. It is situated about midway between Palmerston and Feilding, and one mile from a railway station.
