DUNCAN has received instructions from the present lessee to sell by auction, at his rooms, Panama-street, on Wednesday, 25th July, at 12 o’clock— The lease of the Egmont Hotel, Hawera, having 64 years to run, with right to purchase at three months notice. The property adjoining the hotel comprises 3r. 36p., having a frontage to the two main streets of 158 ■links by 259 links.
