The Turks have been victorious at various points. The Russian operations in Bulgaria are progressing slowly. Great cruelties, inflicted by Christians on Moslems, are reported, their arms having been taken from the latter and given by the Russians to the Christians. The Bank rate is reduced to two per cent.
