The importance of this sale cannot be overestimated, as it comprises the very richest land in the province of Hawke’s Bay. This eligible property, forming part of the far-famed Ahuriri Plains, is within 7 miles of Napier, and is otherwise most conveniently and centrally situated, thus adding much to its value for grazing and agricultural purposes.
