An important question and its anSWEil,—What is the best means of fortifying the system against influences prejudicial to health, such as bad air, unwholesome water, sudden changes of temperature, intense cold or heat? The rational answer is—by sustaining and increasing the constitutional and physical strength, and thus endowing nature with Hie capacity to resist the influences referred to.
