EDWAED LYNDON has been instructed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court to dispose of at Napier by public auction, on the above date, that valuable block of land, known as the KORQKIPO AND MOTEO ESTATE, The property of Richard D. Maney, Esq., Containing 6302 acres of rich agricultural and grazing land, sub-divided into 16 paddocks by 35 miles of wire fencing. On the property are two extensive woolsheds, four dwellinghouses, stables, sheds, and shearing yards, and other conveniences ; also, a shrubbery of 13 acres, substantially fenced in and planted with several thousand fruit and forest trees of 10 years' growth. The importance of this sale cannot be overestimated, as it comprises the very richest land in the province of Hawke's Bay. This eligible property, forming part of the far-famed Ahuriri Plains, is within 7 miles of Napier, and is otherwise most conveniently and centrally situated, thus adding much to its value for grazing and agricultural purposes. The property is in one block, and can be conveniently subdivided into many valuable farms, and grazing grounds for rearing cattle and sheep.
