DUNCAN has 'been favored with instructions from James Gilligan, Esq., of the Taueru, Wairarapa, to offer for sale by auction, at his salerooms in Wellington, on an early date, of which due notice will be given— A BLOCK OF LAND IN THE WAIRARAPA DISTRICT, Distant about four miles from the flourishing township of Masterton, consisting of—--1000 acres really magnificent land, equal to any of the far-famed Waimate Plains on the West Coast, being all of limestone formation, suitable either for market gardeners or small farmers.
