Notice is hereby given that the partnership hithertofore subsisting between the undersigned CHARLES HILL and WILLIAM HENRY FENTON, in the trade or business of Hat Manufacturers, &c., at Auckland and elsewhere, under the firm of “ Hill and Fenton,” was this day dissolved by mutual consent ; and in future the said business, lately carried on by the said firm at Auckland, will be carried on by the _ said WILLIAM HENRY PENTON on his separate account ; and the said business lately carried on by the said firm at Wellington will be carried on by the said OH AI LEL HILL on bis sepante account. All debts owing by the said firm will he paid by the said William Henry Fenton ; and all accounts owing to the Auckland business of the said firm must be paid to the said William Henry Fenton ; and all accounts owing to the Wellington business of the said firm be paid to the said Charles Hill.
