Acre No. 60, township of Palmerston, with double frontage to public roads, together with buildings thereon, consisting of shop and dwelliughouse lately occupied by E. and W. H. Brightwell; also shoemakers shop and bakery. LOT No. 2. Two allotments, Nos, 191 and 195, Eoxton, containing 1 acre. LOT No. 3. Lease of allotment of land 45ft. x 60ft., corner of Pipitea and Mulgrave streets, Thorndon, Wellington, with shop and dwellinghouse thereon ; ground rent £4O per annum, currency of lease 14 years ; sub-leased to W. Isaac, 7 years to run—two years at £65 per annum and five years at £7O. LOT No. 4. Stock-in-trade of drapery in shop at Palmerston as per inventory. LOT No. 5. Stock-in-trade of groceries, ironmongery, and sundries in shop at Palmerston, as per inventory. Inventories of stock will be ready by Monday, 18th instant, and full particulars can be ascertained on application either to the trustees in Wellington or on the premises, Palmerston.
