I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a writ of fieri facias issued out of the above Honorable Court, and to mo directed, I have caused my bailiff to enter upon all that piece of land being the section numbered 875, part of suburban block 38 on the plan of the suburbs of the town of Wanganui, containing one rood, which section or lot of land was formerly designated by the letter G on the plan of a subdivision of the said block, for the purposes of sale, which piece of land is distant from the junction of Plymouth aud Bell streets 500 links, and is bounded on three sides by other part of said block 38, aud on the other side by Bell-street 100 links, together with the appurtenances, the property of the defendant (subjecttoamortgage to the Wanganui Equitable Land, Building, and Investment Society), having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditor herein; and that it is my intention to sell, or cause to be sold, the freehold interest (if any) of the defendant in the said piece of land (subject to such mortgage) by public auction at the Court House, Wanganui, on TUESDAY, the Twenty-fifth day of SEPTEMBER, 1877, at twelve o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment and all costs aud expenses connected therewith ; aud I further give notice that Matthew Vere Hodge, of Wanganui, is solicitor for the plaintiff.
