The property consists of five (5) acres of freehold land situate on the River Cam, immediately adjoining the Borough of Kaiapoi, Canterbury, N.Z., and about one mile from the railway station, with manager's residence containing seven rooms, large shed, outbuildings, and garden. Seven TANKS on staging, and sundries. THE WOOL SHED Is 205 ft. long x 18ft., subdivided and partitioned, 1 Speedy's Wool Press. THE WEIGHBRIDGE OFFICE, Detached, with bridge to weigh 5 tons. THE SULPHUR-HOUSE, Detached. , TWO TENTEEING FRAMES, Each 50yds. long. In addition to the extras noted above, there is a large stock of necessaries, 2 Weighing Machines (11 and scwt.), Tools, Baskets, Portable Forr;e, Anvil, Smiths' and Carpenters' Tools, Mill for grinding purposes, Lubricators, Snap-reel, Scales and Weights, S-day Clock, Step-ladder, 25 Wool-drying Sheets, Woolpacks, Jack-lever, &c, &c, &e. The balance of STOCK consists of about .€350 worth of Scoured and Dyed Wool, Dyewares and Sundries, £l5O, quantity of Yarns, Coals, &c. The property is in COMPLETE WORKING ORDER, The Machinery (manufactured by and imdale), could bo started at once without any Lot 2. Spare Machinery at Mill, not in use or geared—l Hvr>nAi/r.ia Press, 1 Sizing Machine, 1 Drying Machine for do, 1 machine for wetting weft and Centrifrugal Machine for same with gearing, 1 Twisting Frame, or Doubling Machine, 50 Spindles, 1 Carding Engine, 40iii., on wire, 1 large patent Wooldrying Machine, complete. Delivery to be taken at Mill. Lot 3. MACHINERY, Packed in ori-dnal cases, as received ex ship, and stored in Lyttelton at Messrs. Talbot and McGlatchie's stores. 20 Looms, 10ft. wide, five fitted with dropping boxes at each end for 3 shuttles ; 1 Set op '"Carping and Condensing Engines ; 1 Pair Self-acting Mules ; 1 Milling Machine. The above Machinery is similar to, and by the same makers as that erected in the "Cam Mills," and has all necessary extras, &c, &c; 1 Improved Double-actton Burring and Cleaning Machine, 50in. wide, with extras, fitting, &c; 1 Horizontal Condensing Engine, Diam. Cylinder, 12in.; Stroke, 24in.; Air Pump, (Jin. diam. x 24in. stroke ; Spoke, Fly Wheel, &c, complete. All tiie necessary Shafting, Coupling, Driving Drums and Wheels, Wall Box and Plates, Hangers, Pedestals, Oil Cups, Conical Keys, Mortice and Mitre Wheels, Belting, &c, for the above machinery ; 1 Tun GALLirOH Oil (8 barrels) ; 25 Gross Piuns, Press-papers, Sundries. The above will be sold as now lying in store, or put f.o.b. ship if desired. Lot 4. 2 Coiinisii Boilers, each 19.6 x 5.0, with fittings, mountings, &c, now being made by Mr. Jno. Anderson, Christchurch, and can be delivered either at Christchurch, Kaiapoi, or Lyttelton. Tenders will bo received by the undersigned up to June 30. !
