James and George Thompson, with her boats, gear, &c. The vessel is in good working order, and is known to be very fast, performing her trips with regularity. Also, new COMPOUND MACHINERY and BOILERS, expressly ordered for the Southern Cross, recently imported from the works of Messrs. A. and J. Inglis, Glasgow, ,md now in Sydney, are offered with the vessel, which machinery has been pronounced by competent judges to be of first-class workmanship. The vessel will be sold with the new machinery, or separately, at the desire of purchasers.
