In Bankruptcy IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WELLINGTON DISTRICT. IN THE MATTEK OF THE DEBTOR AND CREDITORS ACT, 1876, And Of the Bankruptcy of WILLIAM LANGLEY, of Otaki, Storekeeper, a Debtor. ON reading the deed of composition and release executed by the debtor on the nineteenth day of March, 1877, and on the application of Mr. Moorhouse of counsel for the debtor, and being satisfied that the saiddeed is in conformity with the resolution for a composition passed at a meeting of creditors held on the thirteenth day of March, 1877, I do hereby declare the said deed to be completely executed, pursuant to and within the provisions of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876, and I direct the said deed to be filed in this honorable Court, and order the bankruptcy to be annulled.
