Corporation Notices CITY COUNCIL. ELECTION OF AUDITORS. NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of the Municipal Corporation? Act, 1876, and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, ISC7, that the Annual Election of two Auditors of the City will take place on XTRIDAY, the first day of JUNE next. Any elector desirous of nominating a candidate must, before NOON on FRIDAY, the 25th day of MAY instant, deliver to the Returning Officer, at the Town Clerk’s Office, a Nomination Paper, in the form prescribed by the second schedule of the Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1576, signed by two electors and by the candidate, in token of his assent to such nomination.
