The Manager regrets to find that complaints are frequently made respecting the non-delivery of or irregularity in the delivery of theNEwZEALAND Times, and will thank subscribers to send him notice when they do not receive their papers punctually. In order to enable this to be done without much trouble, a form has been printed and distributed, which the Manager will thank subscribers to fill up and send to him when they have cause for complaint.
