(REUTER'S SPECIAL TO PRESS AGENCY.) London, May 17. The head-quarters of the Russian army have been transferred to Ployesti. The Turkish accounts of the repulse of the Russian troops at Batoura have been substantially confirmed. Russian despatches state that the Turkish ironclads had bombarded Sukhum Kalem, in Asia, and that a desperate battle was fought on land, in which many were killed and wounded. The French Ministry has resigned.
