Proposed,—That in rule 4, section 2, all the words after the word “ yearly” be struck out, and the following be inserted—“ Eleven shillings half yearly, or six shillings and sixpence quarterly, and of Life and Honorary Members.” Proposed,—That in rule 29, section 5, that after the word “ Association,” and before the word “all,” the following words be inserted:— “ And it shall be lawful for the Committee to exercise the powers and authorities conferred on the Body Corporate by the 7th section of the Wellington Athenaeum and Mechanic'll Institute Incorporation Act, 1575.” Annual Meeting.
