Wednesday, May 16. (Before their Honors the Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Johnston, Mr. Justice Richmond, Mr. Justice Gillies, and Mr. Justice Williams.) The Court sat at \II a.m. CREYKE V. DRANSFIELD (IN ERHOU). Mr. Macassey resumed his argument in this case, and was followed on the Jsaine side by Mr. G. Harper. Mr. Joynt then commenced for the defence, and his argument -was progressing when the Court rose.
