The Duller County Council require the services of a thoroughly competent Engineer, to draw Plans, prepare Specifications, and supervise the whole of the Public Works which may be undertaken throughout the County. The salary will be £'2so per annum. Although the amount of service required will be considerable, it will not afford full employment to a competent person ; therefore the Council will permit private professional practice at spare time.
