SUPREME COURT—IN BANKRUPTCY.

Toesday, May 8. (Before his Honor the Chief Justice.) IS KE H. E. TONKS, A DEBTOR. Mr. Chapman, in the absence of Mr. Allan, asked the Court to declare the deed completely executed. He mentioned that the two creditors, who had not signed the deed when the matter, was previously before the Court had now 'done so, and opposition was at an end. The Court declared the deed completely executed accordingly.
