(ip.), a little more or less ; bounded towards the northeast by section No. 13, 1708 links; towards the north-west by a public road, 100 links wide, 500 links ; towards tho south-west by section No. 15, 1709 links ; and towards the south « east by section No, G 6, 501 links; be the several admeasurements a little more or less, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, the property of the defendant (subject nevertheless to certain mortgages thereon), having been taken in execution at the suit of the execution creditors herein. And that it is my intention to sell, or cause to be sold, the freehold of the said piece of land (subject to such mortgages) by public auction, at the Court House, Greytown, on SATURDAY, the 23rd day of JUNE, 1877, at 12 o’clock noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment and all costs and expenses connected therewith. And I further give notice that Robert Hart and Patrick Alphonsus Buckley, of Wellington, are solicitors for the said plaintiffs. Tho City Council of Dunedin are prepared to receive DESIGNS for NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, proposed to be erected ou the site fronting tho Octagon and Moray-plaoe respectively. The designs to be delivered addressed to the Town Clerk, at the City Council Chambers, Dunedin, by NOON of the Ist DAY of JUNE, 1877. The premiums offered are : —For the first approved design, £200; for the second, £100; and for tho third, £OO. Thu first and second premiated designs to become the property of the Council. Tho Council does not bind itself to employ the successful competitor to carry out the works. Plans of the sites of the proposed Town Hall, etc., with printed pamphlets furnishing particulars of the accommodation to he provided, may be inspected at the offices of the Town Clerks, respectively, at Dunedin, Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland, and Melbourne.
