The designs to be delivered addressed to the Town Clerk, at the City Council Chambers, Dunedin, by NOON of the Ist DAY of JUNE, 1877. The premiums offered are :—For the first approved design, £200; for the second, £100; and for the third, £SO. The first and second premiated designs to become the property of the Council.
